• Temperature: 325 degrees fahrenheit
• Pressure: High
• Time: 7-10 seconds
• Pre-press for 7 seconds to remove wrinkles/moisture
• Hot peel
• No teflon sheets, covers, or pressing pillows
• Commercial style heat press is needed

• 100% cotton
• Cotton-poly blend
• 100% polyester
